Kaisanet expands its cooperation with Ropo

Kaisanet Oy expands its cooperation with Ropo Capital. In the future, Ropo will handle not only the delivery of Kaisanet’s invoices and the management of receivables, but also the ledger control, thereby covering the entire invoice life cycle with their services.

The transition to Ropo’s invoice life cycle model standardizes Kaisanet’s invoicing processes into a highly automated entity, which makes it possible to release resources from routine tasks such as payment monitoring and sales ledger management.

– The status of the invoice is monitored automatically throughout its life cycle. When the due dates are exceeded, the automated ledger monitoring initiates reminder and debt collection actions according to a precisely defined process. The status of the invoice is also updated via interfaces to Kaisanet’s own systems, says Mikko Uotinen, Ropo Capital’s Account Director.

Kaisanet Oy is building a fibre optic network in the Kainuu, North Savo and North Karelia regions, offering a wide range of services for its use. The company’s goal is to make fast and reliable data connections available for everyone.

Kaisanet’s CFO Heikki Juntunen is satisfied with their years-long partnership with Ropo, so expanding the cooperation into a comprehensive service package was a natural next step. Ledger service will become part of the service package in June 2023.

– The introduction of the ledger service has progressed efficiently, which shows that Ropo has functioning processes and strong expertise in identifying customer needs, Juntunen states.
